At GODLI LIVING, each item is made to order specifically for you. Please review product descriptions, sizing information, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue, please include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item
• A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
Sizing & Fit
Please review all sizing information carefully before placing your order.
Many products include fit notes such as true to size, oversized fit, or sizing recommendations. Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate size before purchasing.
Because all items are made to order, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:
• Incorrect size selection
• Change of mind
• Personal preference
• Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
For products marked as running small, we strongly recommend sizing up as indicated in the product description.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of purchase.
Once production has begun, orders cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only available for approved cases involving:
• Damaged items
• Defective products
• Incorrect items received
Refunds will not be issued for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
